Payment Methods 

Our network clinics have consistent pricing across services and products so you can be assured you are receiving the best care and the best value. We require payment in full for all services on the day provided. 

For your convenience we accept: 

  • Cash 
  • Check (with identification) 
  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

Appointment Policy

Our veterinary practices are dedicated to providing your pet with quality care and are pleased to reserve an appointment time for you. We offer same day and next day appointments at all our clinics. If a hospital is unable to accommodate your request, we can schedule at another network clinic.   

Late Policy 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  

Cancellation Policy 

We make every attempt to confirm your appointment ahead of time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice to cancel appointments or 48-hour notice to cancel surgeries. Cancelling with less notice, more than once, or no-call, no-show, will require a non-refundable payment to book future appointments.
